About this file
The document is a Self-Performance Certification Worksheet for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) related to a construction contract at Patrick Space Force Base. The worksheet requires contractors to calculate and certify their self-performance percentage for the contract FA2521-25-B-0002, specifically ensuring that no more than 75% of the contract value (excluding material costs) is paid to non-SDVOSB subcontractors. The calculation template provides a structured method for contractors to demonstrate compliance with FAR 52.219-14 subcontracting limitations, requiring the prime contractor to perform at least 25% of the contract work directly.
The associated solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed-Price Construction Contract valued at 180 calendar days, involving comprehensive HVAC system replacement at Space Launch Delta 45. The project scope includes replacing a 60-ton chiller, cooling tower, hot and chilled water pumps, electrical panels, upgrading controls, replacing all Air Handling Units (AHUs) and 12 fan coil units, and performing associated facility restoration work. The contract is contingent on fund availability, with the government reserving the right to cancel the solicitation. Key contacts include Contracting Officers Abigail Lynagh and Patricia Bates, and Contract Specialist Jennifer Marrs from the Department of the Air Force Space Command.
