About this file

The document is a Forecast of Contractor's Hazardous Waste Generation form for Project SXHT 21-1005, which involves replacing chillers, air handling units, and fan coil units at a facility. The form is designed to help the installation identify and regulate hazardous material usage and waste generation during the construction project. The form requires contractors to document specific details about hazardous materials, including the material's name, process of use, description of potential waste, and estimated waste quantity. Contractors must complete this form if they will be removing materials containing hazardous substances like lead or mercury, or if they are submitting a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for a hazardous material.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Firm-Fixed-Price Construction Contract for Space Launch Delta 45 at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida, with a solicitation number of FA252125B0002. The project involves comprehensive infrastructure replacement, including a 60-ton TRANE chiller, cooling tower, hot and chilled water pumps, electrical panels, air handling units, and 12 fan coil units. The work requires upgrading controls to PSFB EMCS standards, replacing mechanical room piping, and performing necessary finishing work like touch-up painting and replacing damaged building materials. The period of performance is 180 calendar days, with the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to be issued within 30 days after award. Importantly, the contract is contingent on fund availability, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.
