About this file
This document is an Ozone Depleting Substance (ODS) Statement for a Department of the Air Force Space Force project to replace HVAC equipment at Patrick Space Force Base. The project (Solicitation Number FA252125B0002) involves comprehensive mechanical system upgrades at Building 3659, including replacing a 60-ton TRANE R-22 Chiller with a R-410A Chiller, cooling tower, hot and chilled water pumps, electrical panels, and controls. Additionally, all Air Handling Units (AHUs) and 12 fan coil units will be replaced, with work also including touch-up painting, wall repairs, and carpeting replacement.
The solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed-Price Construction Contract with a 180-calendar day performance period, starting 10 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). Importantly, funds are not currently available, and the government's contract obligation is contingent on appropriated funds. The project will be managed by Space Launch Delta 45 at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida, with key points of contact including Contracting Officers Abigail Lynagh and Patricia Bates, and Contract Specialist Jennifer Marrs. The work must comply with State of Florida Building Codes and Wing Facility Excellence guidelines.
