About this file

Addendum #2 to Invitation to Bid (ITB) #S-63500-00013659 is issued by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) for the Clackamas Complex Building 15 Painting project. The addendum modifies the original ITB document, updating the statement of work, tasks, and project details. Key modifications include detailed requirements for lead paint removal, surface preparation, and painting, with specific tasks such as providing three days' notice before site access, developing a lead abatement remediation plan, and performing comprehensive painting services. The bid closing date has been changed to May 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM PT, with all work to be completed and invoiced by June 30, 2025.

The payment methodology involves a single lump-sum payment upon satisfactory completion of all work, with potential for partial acceptance and payment in the event of minor unavoidable delays. The contractor must follow EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Program rules, OSHA standards, and environmental health and safety codes during lead paint removal. The project includes provisions for addressing unexpected dry-rot damage, with the contractor required to provide estimates for additional repairs based on agreed-upon cost per square foot. Final painted surfaces must meet project specifications for finish quality, color matching, and material performance, subject to inspection and approval by the designated project representative.
