About this file

This is Addendum #1 to Bid Invitation 147-25 issued by the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, regarding painting services at 25 Hall Street in Concord. The addendum clarifies the scope of work and project requirements in response to bidder inquiries. The project encompasses approximately 33 office spaces, connecting hallways, and conference rooms totaling approximately 5,000 square feet. The contractor must paint walls, door trim, and window trim with no less than two coats of latex eggshell paint in a satin finish, while protecting unpainted wood and leaving it untouched. Site visits must be coordinated with the representative listed in paragraph 25 of the original bid document (Jesse Propri) for measurements and additional details. The bid closing date is April 25, 2025, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time, and the contract performance period runs from July 10, 2025, through August 12, 2025.

The addendum specifies that paint colors will be determined at a later date after bid award, and the two-coat minimum requirement will be sufficient to cover any color variations or transitions between light and dark finishes without requiring additional alternates. Bidders must submit a total price for labor and materials and provide evidence of a minimum of three years of verifiable commercial painting experience. Comprehensive general liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, along with workers' compensation insurance as mandated by state law, is required. The state reserves the right to reject any or all bids and evaluate submissions based on meeting established criteria and providing the lowest total cost. All changes noted in this addendum supersede previously submitted documents and must be submitted with the bid. The purchasing agent is Jonah Rosa, and bidders should reference the complete bid solicitation and addendums available on the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services website.
