This is an addendum document issued by the City of Portland, Oregon, Procurement Services division, amending RFP No. 00002588 for On-Call Historic Resources Services. The addendum was issued on September 8, 2025, with responses due by 4:00 pm on October 3, 2025.

The addendum covers all questions received through September 8, 2025, and clarifies that the evaluation committee requires an accurate representation of both the prime and subcontractor capabilities and experience. Respondents are encouraged to maintain the general order and flow of the original RFP template to facilitate the committee's review process. No. Question Answer

If a prime and a sub-contractor are planning to team up in response to the RFP, how should we provide a response to Proposer Capabilities and Project Team in Section 8? We want to ensure areas of expertise and relevant past projects undertaken by both firms over the last 10 years are highlighted in the Project Team section and team members from both teams are properly accounted for.

The response can be formatted in a separate document to ensure the capabilities and projects for both the prime and subcontractor are captured. The evaluation committee will need to an accurate representation for both the prime and subcontractor detailing items listed in the Proposer Capabilities and Project Team sections. Please try to keep the general order and flow of the original RFP template for ease of evaluation committee review.

Please direct all questions and concerns to Kristina Kolata, Senior Procurement Specialist at 971-509-0713.
