The addendum consists of clarifications and answers to bidder questions regarding the scope of work, which involves the removal of primary and auxiliary campsites and the storage of associated property. The document addresses specific technical inquiries from potential bidders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations. Key details regarding response deadlines, site visits, bidders' conferences, and other procedural elements are referenced within the original RFP, with this addendum serving as supplemental guidance to the base solicitation documents.

The addendum provides clarifications on project specifications, contractor responsibilities, and operational requirements without establishing new pricing terms or financial conditions. ADDENDUM NO. 05

FOR

Primary and Auxiliary Campsite Removal and Property Storage

Responses Due: February 6, 2026 By: 4:00 pm

This Addendum provides changes to the specifications for the above-entitled project to be considered by each respondent. Any changes made by this Addendum to said specifications offset only the portion of the words or paragraphs specifically mentioned herein, and the balance of the specifications remain in full force. It is the responsibility of all respondents to conform to this addendum.

This Addendum shall:

1. Respond to all questions received through January 30, 2026 for this RFP in the table below:

No. Question Answer 1 Can you clarify regarding proposal response.

Do you want each light blue question in the proposal response packet answered individually and placed in order.

Yes, if using your own formatting, please format for each heading and answer each question (light blue in the template) in the order indicated in the template.

2 Can an entity be written in as a potential subcontractor on one proposal, and remain eligible to propose as an auxiliary or primary contractor on their own?

Yes, the contractor can, however, if awarded both, the contractor would need to be prepared to fulfill the obligations of an individually awarded contract and a subcontractor on another contract.

3 The RFP requests 'pricing broken out to include: labor rate, travel labor rate, mileage, and any area additional costs. Is the city only looking for the main component of pricing based on labor or would the city consider pricing based on Camps cleaned, Camps posted, Lbs collected or other measurable outcomes that capture the essence of the performance of the work?

No, the City will not consider a different pricing structure from what is indicated in the RFP. Business expenses can be covered within the hourly rates provided.
