The solicitation provides production schedules and states technical references will be included in an upcoming request for proposals to outline applicable processes, procedures and quality standards.

The information in this bulletin will be included in the 2020 revision of

OTHER THAN PATENT APPLICATION PUBLICATIONS.

The page with the heading 6th example: ACCEPTABLE design drawing is superseded by what is shown below.

Labels used to indicate enlarged views are acceptable and in most instances should not be queried. For example, the labels Detail 7 and Detail 8 as used below acceptably indicate the enlarged views to be found in Figures 7 and 8. EXCEPTION: A query is required when such label refers by number to a nonexistent figure.

The material shown below is added at the end of the guidelines that are presented under the side-heading when a Hague application contains drawings whose numbering is not in accordance with the Hague numbering system.
On a Hague drawing a label may be used to indicate an enlarged view. A printer RUSH is required if the enlarged-view label uses a figure number that is not in accordance with the Hague numbering system, as in this example:
