About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and related technical report template for an Engineering Contractor Instruction Services (ECIS) contract.
The CDRL outlines reporting requirements for a Mobilization CI Performance Summary Report, including report contents, formats, and submission deadlines. It details six potential parts for the report covering an overall site summary, instruction unit summaries by instructor type, an instruction unit breakout by scheduling area, and an additional time utilization report. The template provides sample report formats and includes fields for contractor and government signatories, weapon systems, commands, and key performance metrics.
The related federal contract opportunity notice is for ECIS at seven Navy training sites, set aside fully for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The services include fire fighting, damage control, and specialized engineering instruction. Proposals were due under Solicitation N6134021R0048 issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division for the Surface Warfare School Command, NAVSEA Program Management Office 339, and Submarine Learning Center.
