About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation 9594CS26Q0025 issued by the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) Office of Procurement on July 27, 2026. The amendment provides responses to vendor questions and revises multiple solicitation sections and attachments.
The solicitation seeks a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) asset management solution with FedRAMP Moderate authorization, supporting 33 users and up to 8,500 assets. The contract structure includes a base period and four optional one-year periods. Base period deliverables include: annual SaaS subscription with support services (CLIN 0001); system configuration, multi-factor authentication integration, and testing (CLIN 0002); data migration and validation (CLIN 0003); on-site administrator training for three personnel (CLIN 0004); and live virtual property custodian user training for five personnel (CLIN 0005). Option periods (CLINs 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001) consist of annual SaaS subscriptions. All pricing is marked "TBD at award." Payment for base period items is contingent upon specific milestones: initial environment provisioning for CLIN 0001, COR acceptance of operational system for CLIN 0002, COR acceptance after 30-day post-migration support for CLIN 0003, and completion per attachment requirements for training CLINs. The revised submission deadline is August 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Vendors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 by providing a signed copy of the Standard Form 30 with their quote. The demonstration requirement was modified to allow either a recorded video (maximum 90 minutes) or live remote demonstration via ZOOM, WebEx, or Microsoft Teams, with vendors responsible for technical quality and connectivity.
