About this file

This is a revised compliance checklist attachment for a Personal Property Management System solicitation issued by the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA). Contractors must complete and submit this Attachment J-8 with their quotes to demonstrate compliance with system requirements outlined in solicitation 9594CS26Q0025 Amendment 0001.

The document requires contractors to confirm Yes/No compliance across multiple system capability categories. Core requirements include a commercially available Web-based SaaS platform compatible with current versions of Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, capable of managing 8,000 to 8,500 active assets with scalability to 10,000 items and supporting a total database of approximately 70,000 records including historical data. The system must support barcode and RFID scanning technologies, integrate with Apple iOS devices and six dedicated Motorola MC3000 handheld scanners, and maintain complete audit trails for asset retirement, transfer, and reassignment. Additional mandatory features include configurable end-to-end asset lifecycle workflows, GAO-aligned reporting templates, multi-factor authentication, and 10 specific reporting categories (asset inventory, lifecycle status, reconciliation, location, transaction logs, end-of-life planning, certification, chain-of-custody, audit trails, and custom reporting). Required data input fields span 19 categories from acquisition date through funding source. The contractor must provide licensing and maintenance for up to 33 total system users (minimum 6 concurrent), perform system patches and updates, deliver technical helpdesk support Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time with 24/7 emergency coverage, migrate complete historical audit trails from the legacy BarScan system, support integration with Oracle Financials, and provide comprehensive training with recorded sessions.
