About this file
This is Amendment 01 to federal contract 80GSFC26R0006, issued by NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (Greenbelt, MD). The amendment corrects clause GSFC 52.217-92 regarding the period of performance for what appears to be a multi-year space flight hardware contract.
The corrected period of performance extends from the contract effective date through 15 months after launch, estimated for January 2034. The contract involves delivery of two flight models: Flight Model 1 (FM-1) with a delivery date of November 2029 and an anticipated launch date of October 2032, and Flight Model 2 (FM-2) with a delivery date of May 2030. The effective ordering period runs from the contract effective date through 15 months after the estimated January 2034 launch date. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged. The amendment was signed by Daniel S. Han, Contracting Officer, on June 17, 2026.
