About this file
This document provides details for a request for proposal for services to extend the service life of the US Coast Guard Cutter Polar Star. Proposals will be evaluated on non-price, past performance, and price factors. Volume I for non-price factors and past performance are due May 29th, while Volume IV for price is due June 12th. The contract type will be fixed-price with award fee provisions. The solicitation requests access to materials subject to export regulations due to work that may be required.
