About this file
This is Amendment 0002 to solicitation 70T02025R5900N002 for the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Screening Partnership Program (SPP) IDIQ contract. The amendment makes several key changes to the original RFP:
The amendment revises dates in sections L.5.1.1 (Corporate Experience) and L.5.2.1 (Past Performance) from March 2021 to March 2022, updates the IDIQ Pricing Sample Task Order to include formulas in certain columns, removes several FAR clauses related to equal opportunity compliance (52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-29) and associated provisions (52.222-22, 52.222-24, 52.222-25), and adds notice language regarding System for Award Management (SAM) updates. The amendment requires offerors to demonstrate airport or non-airport security screening services experience completed no earlier than March 2022 or ongoing, with a minimum of two years experience. Past performance submissions are limited to three contract summaries that must be ongoing or completed no earlier than March 1, 2022. The original solicitation requirements for comprehensive screening services at airports nationwide under a 10-year multiple award IDIQ contract remain unchanged.
