About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation 697DCK-22-R-00033, specifically addressing past performance requirements for the FAA's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for Design/Build and Bid/Build services. The document confirms that offerors may submit Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs) in lieu of Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs), but if using PPQs, they must use the form provided in the solicitation rather than previously completed PPQs.
The related contract opportunity seeks to establish multiple BOAs across different geographic service areas and project value ranges. The FAA plans to award up to five small BOAs ($10,000-$500,000) and five medium BOAs ($500,000-$2,000,000) each for the Eastern, Central, Western, and Alaska service areas for Bid/Build projects. Additionally, up to five nationwide BOAs will be awarded for Design/Build and Bid/Build projects valued at $2,000,000 and above. Proposals must be submitted to katherine.fogle@faa.gov by 17:00 ET on February 4, 2022, with a virtual meeting scheduled for January 19, 2022. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov to be eligible.
