The RFP seeks a vendor to plan and implement professional development events ranging from small to large-scale (150+ participants), including in-person, online, and modular formats. The RFP emphasizes the vendor's capability to handle complex professional development event planning with attention to accessibility, financial management, and comprehensive event support services.
