About this file

This document outlines the Presentation Criteria for a Professional Learning and Technical Assistance Event Planner Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by USBE with the solicitation number USBE-AR25260-RFP. The presentation criteria describe how vendors will be evaluated for this event planning opportunity, focusing on two primary areas of assessment: the proposed project plan and demonstrated experience.

The evaluation will specifically examine vendors' proposed plans in terms of how well they meet the identified scope of work, including potential suggestions for expansion or additional questions. Vendors will also be assessed on their project schedules, milestones, and delivery dates. Additionally, the selection process will heavily weigh vendors' past experience and sample work, particularly their capability to manage large-scale events, secure speakers, and provide supporting materials that align with USBE's requirements.
