About this file
This Supplemental 1442 Pricing Sheet for the International Falls Land Port of Entry General Construction project provides a detailed pricing breakdown for multiple construction contract line item numbers (CLINs) and unit pricing rates. The document outlines base contract construction services and five optional scope modifications, including adding an exterior 2nd floor terrace, choosing between asphalt and concrete paving, designing a roundabout intersection, selecting window mullion cap materials, and modifying site fencing.
The unit pricing rates cover specialized construction activities such as geothermal well installation, contaminated material removal, clean fill material procurement, temporary contaminated material storage, and ground improvements below building structures. Each unit price includes a detailed description, base bid quantity, and unit of measurement. The pricing sheet is part of a $193-$203 million project funded under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, involving the General Services Administration and multiple federal agencies including Customs and Border Protection, USDA, and FDA. The project aims to construct a new land port of entry in International Falls, Minnesota, with an anticipated contract award in February 2026 and a performance period of approximately 1,103 calendar days.
