About this file
This document is a basemap and specification file for a Request for Quotes (RFQ) issued by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing on behalf of the Division of Wildlife Resources for helicopter lift services in the Central Region. The project requires helicopter lift services and ground crew support to transport seven new guzzler tanks, apron materials, and fencing materials to multiple drop locations across five Wildlife Management Areas: Levan, Hobble Creek, Timpanogos, Little Sahara Sand Dunes, and Tintic Valley. Three of the five drop locations must be completed by September 18, 2026, with the remaining two locations requiring completion between November 2 and November 20, 2026. The basemap provided identifies all proposed drop locations and staging areas within the designated Wildlife Management Areas, with distance scale references for operational planning purposes.
The State of Utah will evaluate all responsive quotes based on objective criteria outlined in the RFQ, with contract award to the vendor submitting the lowest cost proposal that meets all specifications. Bidders must submit a single primary quote only; multiple or alternate bids will not be accepted and only the primary bid will be considered. Any exceptions to the RFQ specifications must be formally protested in writing to the Division of Purchasing prior to the closing date. The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources provides no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of the basemap data and assumes no liability for damages resulting from data use or misuse. Vendors may be solicited for additional quotes via email, phone, or other methods as permitted under Utah Procurement Code and applicable Administrative Rules.
