About this file
This document is a Fire/Life Safety System Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance Certificate for the VA Sepulveda Building 99 located at 16111 Plummer St in North Hills, CA. The comprehensive inspection was performed in accordance with multiple NFPA standards, including NFPA 101, NFPA 72, and NFPA 904, covering life safety code, fire alarm systems, and air conditioning/ventilation systems. The inspection details test results for 127 total devices across multiple categories, including tamper switches, waterflow switches, duct detectors, heat detectors, pull stations, smoke detectors, chime/strobes, releasing devices, communicators, control panels, batteries, power supplies, and elevators. Two batteries in the first Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) were noted as failed/expired, requiring replacement or load testing, which represents the primary discrepancy in the report.
