About this file
This document is a bulletin amending electrical drawing E-701 to include switchboard electrical load recording tables for two main distribution switchboards designated MSS-A and MSS-B. The bulletin documents electrical load data collected during the period of April 1, 2026 through May 1, 2026, presenting existing demand loads and new anticipated loads as percentages of each switchboard's capacity. Load metering was performed at the switchboard level rather than at downstream branch panels due to safety hazards associated with installing metering equipment in corridor spaces where the downstream panels are located.
The amendment specifies that new electrical loads introduced under the project scope are distributed across four panels: panels N-C-1D, C-E-1Y, and LS-E-1E are fed from switchboard MSS-A, while panel N-E-1E is fed from switchboard MSS-B. The load values reflected in each switchboard's summary table represent only the additional load introduced by this project scope, not total facility loads. This bulletin serves as technical documentation supporting the electrical design and capacity planning for the referenced construction or renovation project.

BULLETIN NO.1-AMENDMENT TO DRAWING E-701
Bulletin NO.1 amends drawing E-701 to include switchboard electrical load recording tables for switchboards MSS-A and MSS-B. Load recordings were taken on 04/01/2026- 05/01/2026. The tables summarize the existing demand load and new anticipated load per the electrical drawings, with total load expressed as a percent of each switchboard’s capacity. Metering was performed at the switchboard level rather than at the downstream branch panels. The downstream panels serving the area of work are in corridor spaces where metering equipment installation would create a hazard. New loads added under this scope for panels N-C-1D, C-E-1Y, and LS-E-1E are fed from switchboard MSS-A. New loads for panel N-E-1E are fed from switchboard MSS-B. The new load values reflected in each switchboard’s load summary table represent only the additional load introduced by this project scope.
