Dale Typewritten Text Can the superintendent supervise other projects on-site or does the superintendent need to be dedicated to the Bld 1 Basement project?
With 780 days allowed for total duration, will the contract time be stopped for the 30 days required for VA moves between the various phases? With only 300 days for phase 1 will a administrative NTP be provided once contract is awarded to allow submittals and long lead-time materials to be obtained prior to issuing the construction NTP?
