About this file
This document contains an amendment to a solicitation and details of a federal contract opportunity. The amendment clarifies requirements for a project to correct various mechanical system deficiencies at the Lexington VA Medical Center in Troy Bowling Division. It adjusts evaluation criteria to focus on HVAC and electrical experience rather than hospital construction. The NAICS code is changed to 238220 for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning contractors. The proposal deadline is extended to July 21, 2021 at 1pm EST and page limits for the technical and price proposals are increased. The opportunity is for construction services with an estimate between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000 and will be awarded under an LPTA source selection process. The set-aside is for SDVOSB concerns listed on VetBiz.gov and proposals must be submitted to the specified email address by the amended deadline.
