Question# 92 The list provided in 102813 for owner furnish and contractor installed items do not match totally match the floor plans and interior elevations.
Please confirm the intent and clarify the "including but not limited to the following" comment in the specifications. Are there more items that are owner furnish and contractor installed that are not listed?
Hand Sanitizer - not shown on plans Glove box - plans call for OFCI Narcotic Cabinet - plans call for OFCI Cubicle and Shower curtains - OFCI per 102813 and OFOI per 102133.
| Answer: See Owner’s Equipment Schedule (1 page) attached to this amendment. Owners Equipment Schedule shall govern where conflicts may occur within the bidding documents relative to responsibility for equipment procurement and installation. The Owner’s Equipment Schedule is continually evolving, and subsequent edition(s) of it will be provided as they become available when any changes occur. Answer: According to FAR 16.202-1, a firm-fixed-price contract provides for a price that is not subject to any adjustment on the basis of the contractor’s cost experience in performing the contract. This contract type places upon the contractor maximum risk and full responsibility for all costs and resulting profit or loss. A firm-fixed-price contract awarded under this procurement would meet the requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
