About this file
Summary of 3-1.1 Exhibits.pdf
This exhibits document supports the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority (SFRTA) General Engineering Consultant (GEC) Services contract opportunity in Florida. The exhibits provide supplementary documentation and technical specifications required for the procurement of professional design and engineering services to support SFRTA's Engineering and Construction Department. These exhibits establish the framework for how consultant teams, whether individual consultants or prime consultants with subconsultants, should structure their proposals and approach the requested engineering services. The document outlines the technical requirements, evaluation criteria, and supporting materials that bidders must reference when developing their responses to the GEC Services solicitation.
The exhibits contain detailed specifications regarding the scope of work, project parameters, and submission requirements that govern the procurement process. This supporting documentation ensures that all prospective consultants have access to the same technical information and baseline requirements necessary to prepare comprehensive and compliant proposals. The exhibits serve as an integral component of the overall contract opportunity, clarifying expectations for service delivery, consultant qualifications, and the specific deliverables that SFRTA requires from its engineering consultant partners.
