About this file
This document appears to be an Exhibit C Bid Price Instructions for an Agile Healthcare state and local contract, specifically focused on prevailing wage markup rates for building service employees (janitors, waxers, and window washers) across multiple Washington State counties. The counties included in this pricing schedule are Benton, Franklin, King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Spokane.
The contract establishes a consistent markup percentage of 57.00% over the Washington State Labor & Industries prevailing wage rates for general cleaning services. The pricing methodology is calculated using a formula that determines the maximum allowable hourly charge by adding the bid percentage to the base prevailing wage. For example, in King County, the base prevailing wage for a janitor is $29.33, which would result in a maximum billable rate of $46.04 per hour. The document specifies that the rates include all associated costs such as administration, materials, supplies, overhead, and travel expenses.

Exhibit C (2)
| Exhibit C - Bid Price | |
| Instructions | |
| Bidders will input their % mark-up on prevailing wage in the cells indicated for the appropriate county and category that bidder intends to submit a bid for. | |
| The bidders rates include all costs associated with the services offered on this contract including administration, materials, supplies, overhead, travel, etc. | |
| The total cost that may be charged on a resulting contract is determined based on the bid percentage over the Washington State Labor & Industries prevailing wage. The maximum allowable charge per hour will be determined by the following formula: | |
| Maximum allowable charge per hour = Prevailing wage + (bid percentage X prevailing wage) | |
| For example, if a bidder from a county that has a prevailing wage of $20.00 proposes a markup percentage rate of 50%, the bidder’s maximum allowable hourly charge will be $30.00 since the formula would be [$20 + ($20 × .50)]. | |
