About this file
This document is an email communication regarding the authorization of Nationwide Permits 27 and 33 for the Clear Lake Dam Fish Passage Project (NWS-2024-460). The email confirms that the Department of Ecology (Ecology) has determined that an individual Water Quality Certification (WQC) is not required for this project, as it is covered under Ecology's programmatic WQC for the Nationwide Permit program. The email provides details on the project's Aquatics ID Number (143705) and the contact information for the Aquatic Permitting & Protection Section at Ecology.
The related federal contract opportunity is for the "Clear Creek Dam Fish Passage Facility, Yakima Project, Washington". This is a solicitation (Solicitation Number: 140R1024R0015) issued by the Bureau of Reclamation in Fiscal Year 2024, with an anticipated award in Fiscal Year 2025. The solicitation is for the design and construction of a fish passage facility at the Clear Creek Dam on the Yakima River. Interested offerors must communicate with the designated Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer. Due to active fires in the vicinity of the project site, offerors are advised to monitor SAM.gov for any amendments to the pre-proposal site visit.
