About this file
This document contains the specifications and submittal requirements for the Clear Creek Dam Fish Passage Facility project in the Yakima Project, Washington. The solicitation is being issued by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation in Fiscal Year 2024 with an anticipated award in Fiscal Year 2025. The project involves the construction of a new fish passage facility at Clear Creek Dam, including work on the dam structure, debris boom modifications, temporary utilities, and other civil and electrical work. Key submittal requirements include plans and drawings for various construction activities, quality control procedures, safety programs, and commissioning testing. Material and equipment specifications are provided for items like concrete, steel piping, valves, and communications systems. No set-asides are mentioned, and the document does not contain a Performance Work Statement or Statement of Objectives. The document appears to be the specifications portion of the full solicitation package.
