About this file
This document is a Price Schedule (Section B) for the Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project's San Juan Lateral - Reach 1 Intake and River Pumping Plant. The price schedule details a comprehensive list of contract line items (CLINs) for a water infrastructure project, encompassing 118 separate line items with both lump sum and unit price components. Key elements include vertical turbine pumping units, intake slide gates, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, site preparation, concrete work, water quality monitoring, cathodic protection systems, and various ancillary components.
The price schedule covers major system categories such as demolition, concrete work, electrical infrastructure, mechanical equipment, site improvements, pumping units, valves, instrumentation, and control systems. Line items range from mobilization and contract document management to specific technical components like vertical turbine pumps, metal building systems, electrical conduits, ground cables, fire protection systems, and water quality monitoring instrumentation. The document provides estimated quantities for each item, with pricing to be determined by the contractor, and includes provisions for variation in estimated quantities and specific requirements for New Mexico and Navajo Nation tax considerations.
