About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document addressing clarifications on the GRSM Call Out Tree Services solicitation (140P5326Q0031) issued by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Southeast Region. The document does not address specific products or services required, pricing terms, or award details, but rather provides procedural and eligibility clarifications for prospective contractors.

Key clarifications include: the corrected proposal due date of 21 September 2026 at 3:00 PM CT; confirmation that arborist Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 70, 00170, and 00270 were consolidated into CLINs 010, 020, and 030; and allowance for multiple ISA-Certified Arborists provided at least one is on-site at each work location. Additional guidance confirms that estimated quantities in the price schedule are for evaluation purposes only and are not binding, prime contractor experience is required for past performance evaluation with subcontractor experience acceptable only as supplemental information, and all existing seasonal restrictions, holiday blackout periods, and access rules from the Statement of Work remain in effect.
