About this file

This is Amendment 0013 which defines the Contract Line Items (CLINs) for a Visitor Center rehabilitation project at Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park in Atlanta, GA. The document outlines 15 distinct line items, with CLINs 4-7 not being used.

The base scope includes three main components: CLIN 1 covers interior building rehabilitation (excluding generator infrastructure), CLIN 2 covers exterior rehabilitation including roof replacement, sealant work, and generator infrastructure (excluding the generator itself), and CLIN 3 covers site improvements including drainage and re-striping. The remaining CLINs (8-15) are bid options that include exhibit space rehabilitation (ceiling, floor, and wall finishes), fountain removal, site signage improvements, 2nd floor casework replacement, temporary visitor restrooms (4-stall and 8-stall options), and a 35kW natural gas generator installation. All items are to be paid as lump sum based on monthly percentage completion. The work includes detailed specifications for electrical infrastructure, with generator service specifically designated for Curatorial Storage air conditioning units.
