About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for construction services. The National Park Service is seeking to construct the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Visitors Center at Everglades National Park in Everglades City, Florida. The estimated value of the contract is over $8 million. This amendment updates the wage determinations in attachments, modifies the evaluation criteria for project experience to require experience with vertical commercial construction over 3,000 square feet in size and marine facilities work over $1.5 million in a coastal floodplain. It also adjusts page limits for technical approach narratives and extends the response deadline to February 21, 2023. A pre-bid site visit sign-in sheet is provided as an attachment.
