This document provides responses to questions from offerors on Amendment 7 to solicitation number 140P2021R0084 from the National Park Service for the Brooks Camp Wastewater Treatment Pond project in Katmai National Park & Preserve. The responses clarify that offerors should use the updated pricing schedule provided with Amendment 2 and again with Amendments 6 and 7. Offerors must include a high-level schedule of values breaking down the major components for each line item in the pricing schedule. Successful offerors will bill and be paid according to this pricing schedule and the accepted schedule of values prepared after contract award.

KATM 238414 Amendment 7 Information dated 06/09/2021
The following information is a distribution of Questions with associated Responses received after the issuance of Amendment 6 dated 06/08/2021:
Question 1: There was a question related to submitting a Schedule of Values for each line item
(reference: solicitation page 51 of 54, item F.3) that reads as follows:
“SECTION B CONTRACT PRICE SCHEDULE: Enter the proposed dollar amount for each line item in the
Price Schedule, including any optional items, if applicable. Also, provide a separate Schedule of Values
(SOV) for each line item in the Section B Contract Price Schedule. Each SOV shall sow the line item price broken down by major work components”.
Response 1: The offeror shall utilize the update price schedule that was sent with Amendment 2 dated
05/17/21, transmitted with Amendment 6 dated 06/08/21 as a confirmation of the correct pricing schedule, and also included with this Amendment 7 dated 06/09/21.
A separate Schedule of Values should be included with the major components that comprise each respective line item of the price schedule. To clarify, a detailed schedule of values as required by the
Division 1 specifications is not required for bidding purposes. The Offeror’s proposals shall include a high-level schedule of values with major components.
Question 2: There was a question related to quantities, billing, and payment against the CLIN line items shown in the pricing schedule.
Response 2: The expectation is that the successful Offeror will bill in accordance with the price schedule of the awarded contract and the Division 1 schedule of values prepared and accepted after the contract award.
