About this file
This document is a solicitation amendment for the annual renewal of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for vault septic pumping services at sites within the Olympic National Forest. The purpose of the amendment is to conduct the 2024 annual review of the previously established BPAs and to reopen the solicitation to allow new companies to submit quotes.
The amendment provides a detailed schedule of the 34 sites across 5 counties requiring pumping services, including the number of vaults/toilets, approximate vault size, and estimated annual frequency. The period of performance is from 05/01/2024 to 04/30/2025. Interested vendors must submit pricing per trip for each line item by the specified due date. This is a competitive solicitation open to new offerors in addition to existing BPA holders. The contracting agency is the USDA Forest Service.
