Implement a detailed Waste Management Plan for the preparation and construction and ensure the
Waste Management Plan tracks the Owner’s goals.
Keep accurate records of the cost of and the weight amount of waste diverted from the local landfills because evidence of such is required to earn GREEN GLOBES points.
Keep accurate records of the cost of and the weight of demolished, salvaged, and re-used or reinstalled items and materials because evidence of such is required to earn GREEN GLOBES points.
Develop a plan to minimize dust and other contaminants during the construction, and educate all sub-trades concerning the plan; evidence of such is required to earn GREEN GLOBES points.
