About this file
This document is a cost sheet (File Number 118337 OR) for Trail Tales Publications, issued by the State of Nebraska's Department of Administrative Services, Materiel Division, State Purchasing Bureau. The solicitation seeks a printing contractor to produce four seasonal magazine issues annually, with an estimated 34,200 copies per issue, including associated materials such as game cards, subscription cards, special posters, and brochure lift-outs. The contract is for an initial one-year term with options to renew for five additional one-year periods, and bid responses are due on April 9, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
The cost sheet provides detailed pricing structures for various publication components, with tiered pricing for different quantity ranges from 80,000 to 179,999 units, using both virgin and recycled paper stocks. Pricing terms include fixed rates for the first two years, with potential price increases limited to 3% that must be submitted in writing 120 days in advance. Payment terms are set at Net 45, with a delivery requirement of 21 days after receipt of order. The State reserves the right to award the contract based on multiple criteria including price, location, quality, delivery time, and vendor qualifications. The solicitation requires vendors to have a six-unit or larger offset web press capable of four-color process printing and able to produce high-quality materials on specified paper types.
