This Pre-Solicitation Notice combines the SYNOPSIS and SOLICITATION for construction services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 and Part 36. See attached solicitation 75H70121R00053 – Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital Underground Storage Tank Removal. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). Detailed instructions to offerors, a full scope of work, plans and specifications and the applicable Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determination are included in the attached solicitation documents.
