All prices remain firm for the entire three-year contract term. Compensation is based on fully burdened hourly labor rates including all direct and indirect costs, travel time, trip charges, overhead, freight, delivery, and profit. Replacement parts are invoiced at actual cost plus approved markup; parts exceeding $500 require supporting documentation and prior approval. The contractor provides a ninety-day warranty on labor and workmanship and assigns all manufacturer warranties to the Authority.

The total contract value is $45,000 over three years (February 1, 2026–January 31, 2029), with annual allocations of $3,500 (FY 2025/26), $14,235 (FY 2026/27), $15,730 (FY 2027/28), and $11,535 (FY 2028/29). The contractor must maintain Commercial General Liability ($1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate), Automobile Liability ($1 million combined single limit), Workers' Compensation with Waiver of Subrogation, and Employers' Liability ($1 million per accident and disease). The contractor must designate a Health, Safety, and Environmental Representative with current BCSP certification and five years of construction or industrial experience, develop site-specific Job Hazard Analyses, and comply with California CCR Title 8 standards and SWPPP requirements. All firms must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations.
