DCFS requires services in the form of a hybrid agile approach for the project, which aims to analyze the current case management system, update requirements, and implement the new Microsoft Dynamics solution. Key personnel requirements include a Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Senior MS Dynamics Software Developer. Proposals are due by April 26, 2022 at 3:00 PM CST, and DCFS will only accept electronic submissions through the BidBuy platform, as per CPO Notice 2020.06.
This contract opportunity has a 29% Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities (BEP) participation goal. No single vendor shall be awarded a contract as the prime vendor for more than one of the four related IT Project Services RFPs being issued by DCFS. The current contract was awarded to Next Generation Technology Inc. for a total value of $1,737,600.00, with three unsuccessful bidders. DCFS has not allocated a specific budget amount for this project and does not have an incumbent vendor. Pricing will be submitted as fully-loaded hourly rates, which the State reserves the right to determine as fair and reasonable.
