About this opportunity
The Naval Sea Systems Command seeks to award an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to execute maintenance, modernization, and repair of the USS NITZE (DDG 94) from July 2023 through April 2025. Solicitation N00024-22-R-4412 requires offerors to have extensive facilities and experienced personnel capable of integrating multiple areas of ship maintenance and modernization. Proposals are due in January 2023 and the agency will evaluate using best value tradeoff. Interested parties must register in SAM and monitor for amendments.
This procurement is not set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 336611 and PSC code J019 due to the complex 21-month availability. A single award is anticipated with a period of performance from July 2023 to April 2025 at an East Coast location. Offerors must request restricted attachments containing pricing workbooks and milestones from the contract specialists. No incumbent is listed, though the value is estimated based on a similar prior contract. The place of performance will be at the contractor's facilities on the East Coast of the United States.
