About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks proposals to provide space and earth science data analysis services to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) under the Space and Earth Science Data Analysis V (SESDA V) contract. Offerors must propose to provide a range of data analysis, modeling, instrument development, data management, and research support services as defined in the statement of work. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical approach, past performance, and price, with proposals due by February 23, 2022. The period of performance is a one-year base period followed by four one-year options beginning October 1, 2022.
The contract is set aside for total small business and has a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541715 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The total estimated value is $360 million with a minimum of $5 million in task order obligations to be awarded as a single indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract. Work will be performed onsite at GSFC in Greenbelt, Maryland and other locations as specified in task orders issued under the contract. The incumbent contractor must be identified in proposals.
