A third planned modification for Electronic Security Systems (CLIN 0004, $50,000 estimated) is included.

Place of performance is the Navy Expeditionary Warfighting Development Center at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek–Fort Story, Virginia Beach, Virginia. Scope may include removal or abatement in accordance with Virginia-licensed contractor requirements and EPA/state notification procedures.
