This solicitation notice is for the Holloman Air Force Base Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). This will be a multiple award, firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Work to be performed includes all general construction categories under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code Section 23 Construction; Size Standard $36.5M. Scope includes work at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico 88330, and any Federal property within a 100 mile radius (excluding Texas) of Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico 88330.
The maximum-programmed amount (price of all task orders issued to MACC Awardees) is $90 Million. This is a multi-year contract in which the period of performance will not exceed five year contract. Individual task orders estimated between $2,000 and $5.75 Million will vary in size and complexity. The Government intends to award a minimum of (4) four Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts. The determination for set-aside is 100% Small Business.
Successful offerors will be selected using Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be made available. It is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site for updates and amendments to any and all notices/documents.
NOTE: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to be eligible for award. The SAM site is https://www.sam.gov/index.html.
