About this file
This document is a Liquidated Damages calculation for Project WWYK190067, which involves repairing the fire suppression system in Maintenance Hangar B2136 at Tinker Air Force Base. The document outlines the daily liquidated damages rate of $227.75, calculated by combining engineering and government personnel costs, including Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Engineering Tech, Project Engineers, Clerical, FAS, Legal, and Contracting staff hours and rates.
The liquidated damages are assessed in accordance with FAR 36.206 and DFARS 236.206, with the rate based on the premise that the contractor has complete control of the work pace, the contract provides for damages for each calendar day of delay, and the assessment rate is considered reasonable. The document is signed by the Contracting Officer Rachel Silva on 23 April 2025, and is part of a pre-solicitation opportunity restricted to Tinker AFB Multiple Award Contract (MAC) BOA holders, with a small business set-aside for a project estimated between $5-10 million.
