About this file

This document contains a survey control point list and associated federal contract opportunity for public access enhancements to the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge Phase II project. The survey control point list includes coordinates for several survey control points in the project area formatted for inclusion in design plans. It notes the coordinate system used and process for scaling the combined mapping coordinates. The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number 69056721B000010 from the Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration seeking proposals to improve public access at the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge as part of the second phase of that project. No further details are provided on the products, services, response dates or other terms of the opportunity in the attached documents.

The coordinates resemble State Plane coordinates, but have been scaled.

Process: Scaled the Combined mapping to ground to match the ROW mapping done by (PMX?). scaled the map (project) by using 1.000074556 for the northing and eastings, then manually moved the coordinates to match the “pinned”point J306 which remained using State plane coordinates. This was done by referencing different maps in Microstation seet he control sheet ACAD-67TH ST 6-15-17_controlsheet.xlsx for original SPCS coords image1.jpeg
