About this file
This is a federal construction solicitation document containing supplementary conditions and project specifications. Offerors proposing equal products must clearly identify items by brand name and make/model number, include descriptive literature such as illustrations or drawings, and clearly describe any modifications planned to conform to requirements. The Contracting Officer will evaluate equal products based on information furnished by the offeror or reasonably available; the offeror bears responsibility for providing all supporting documentation. Unless the offeror explicitly indicates an "equal" product is being offered, the branded item referenced in the solicitation must be provided.
The contract requires the contractor to commence work within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed, prosecute work diligently, and complete all work within 480 calendar days, including final cleanup of the premises. A mandatory site visit/pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for August 27, 2026, at a facility in Columbus, Ohio, with all attendees required to arrive by 1:25 p.m. The site visit includes introductions, safety briefing, exterior and interior building walkthroughs, and concludes at 3:30 p.m. Attendees must RSVP by 1:500 hours EST on August 26, 2026, providing name, company, contact information, and DBIDS verification code. Valid Real ID or DBIDS pre-registration documentation is required for access.
