About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding two federal construction projects. The first project involves lead abatement in office areas and breakrooms of a building, with scraping to remove all lead paint rather than encapsulation. The second project involves general construction work with a 180-day performance period for completion. Both projects will take place in unoccupied buildings. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract for construction, maintenance, repair, alterations, demolition, mechanical, asphalt, and concrete work supporting National Guard activities in Missouri. The government intends to award five fixed-price contracts sharing $25 million in ordering capacity for task orders ranging from $2,000 to $6,000,000.
