Please confirm that this option does not apply to the fencing at the demo site of buildings 110 & 111, Option 10. In other words, please confirm that Option 10 does not include any barrier cable and that Option 9 does not include any barrier cable at the site of buildings 110 & 111. REF: CS507

80. Question: Clarification is needed regarding base bid vs. option scope for Option 11. (1) Is there any fencing at the mechanical yard in the base bid? If so, please provide details. (2) Is the river rock border at the mechanical yard to be included in the base bid or Option 11? (3) Is the concrete slab for the break area patio to be included in the base bid or Option 11? (4) The note on CS102 calls for decorative fence at the break area patio, but none is shown on this civil plan or in the details on A-424. Please confirm that there is no fencing required at the break area patio in the base bid or in Option 11.

80. Answer: 1) No fencing around Mech equipment in base bid. 2) River Rock border is Base Bid. 3) Break Area patio is OCLIN 11. 4) No decorative fence at break area patio just the slab and seatwall as indicated on A-424.

86. Question: Please provide concrete pad details for the high voltage gear shown on ES-101 and ES-

102. REF: ES-101 & ES-102

86. Answer: Typical concrete pad details are located on Sheet S-005 Details B1. The City of Alcoa Electric did not provide additional standard details during design. The contractor should coordinate with the City of Alcoa Electric and verify the pad detail shown on Sheet S-005 is acceptable.

87. Question: Where do the disconnects for transformers 5 and 6 need to be mounted? The transformers are located on page E-401, detail A1, but the disconnect location is unclear. The line diagram on page E- 601 shows the disconnects before the transformer, typically they would mount near the transformers. The drawing page E-301 show the disconnects next to the panels LP5 and LP6, but the panels have main breakers. REF: E-401 & E-601

87. Answer: Mount disconnects in room 127 as indicated on sheet E-103. Disconnect for T6 shall be 200A instead of 400A.

88. Question: What are the power requirements for the Water Jet Machine? REF: E-103

88. Answer: Refer to panelboard schedule LP5 circuit number 25,27,29 on sheet E-702. Provide disconnect next to machine according to Keyed Note 1 on sheet E-103. Coordinate with the TANG to verify the exact load has not changed for the project.

REF: 2.3.7.6/09 06 90

92. Answer: UFGS Specifications do not identify manufacturers. Manufactures that meet the criteria provided in the specs are acceptable. All the products indicated are commonly available on the market from multiple manufacturers. The basis of design for products include Belden Cable, Corning for fiber optic cables, Chatsworth for communication racks.

93. Question: CLIN 0005 (OPTION 4) requires a shake-on floor hardener to be provided in lieu of a liquid/aqueous floor hardener (CS-1, see Finish Schedule on A-701) at the Hangar Bay and for the Hydro/Electric Shops area (CLIN 0003/OPTION 2), but it appears no other floor floor finish is required on top of the shake-on floor hardener (resinous, epoxy, liquid hardener, etc.) if this Option is exercised.

Please verify. REF: A-701; CLIN Schedule - Option 4

93. Answer: Base bid for hangar floor is CS-1 with option for shake-on per OCLIN 04. No additional finish is required on top of shake-on
