Questions and Answers for W912L7-17-R-0002
Question 1) I noticed what appears to be a contradiction regarding prices of Sect. 00010. Page 22 of the RFP, Sect. 3.1.7 says:
"Failure to provide a price with Section 00010, Bid Schedule for the Prototypical/Real Project is considered noncompliant with the solicitation requirements..."
However, on page 10 of the RFP, Note 11 says:
"Do NOT insert prices in the Basic and Option Years CLINS provided immediately after the SF1442..." This refers to pages 3 thru 8 of the RFP, which is Sect. 00010.
Please clarify whether or not we should include these prices in the proposal. Or, is should it only be the prices requested in the Exhibit D? (pg. 9 thru 12) Answer 1) There is no contradiction. Pricing is required and if you don’t include real pricing you will be considered noncompliant. The “Do NOT insert prices” section is talking about pages 3-8 of the solicitation; specifically the CLINS 0001, 0002, 0003, 1001, 1002, 1003, 2001, 2002, 2003, 3001, 3002, and 3003. No pricing needs to be put in these Clins on these pages for your submission. Exhibit D, specifically look for “MATOC Prototypical TASK ORDER PROPOSAL FORM” to provide pricing.
