Register of Wage Determinations Under the Service Contract Act

This document is a Register of Wage Determinations issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division for Warren County, New Jersey (Wage Determination No. 2015-4203, Revision No. 34, effective 7/30/2026).

The register establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefit requirements for service employees performing work on federal contracts subject to the Service Contract Act. It lists over 200 occupational classifications across multiple categories including administrative support and clerical occupations, automotive service, furniture maintenance and repair, general services and support, health occupations, information and arts occupations, information technology occupations, instructional occupations, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operation and repair, materials handling and packing, mechanics and maintenance and repair, personal needs occupations, plant and system operations, protective services, recreation occupations, stevedoring and longshore operations, technical occupations, and transportation and mobile equipment operations. Wage rates range from $14.61 per hour for certain entry-level positions to $56.91 per hour for specialized technical roles such as flight instructors and aircraft crew training device instructors. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits totaling $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, or $222.00 per week/$962.08 per month), with certain occupations qualifying for additional benefits under Executive Orders 13706 and 13786. The determination includes specific provisions for hazardous pay differentials (4-8 percent), night pay and Sunday premium pay for air traffic controllers and weather observers, computer professional exemptions, and uniform allowance requirements. Contractors must ensure employees receive proper wage determination notices and may request conformance determinations for unlisted occupational classifications through established procedures with the Department of Labor.
